- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆we had trouble finding the hotel as it is has not got any signs, we had to phone up the hotel to ask how to get to it and was told it was next to marks and spencers which we drove past four times. We thought that the hotel was not up to standard, we thought the staff could have been more friendly and welcoming. On our booking form it said that parking & breakfast was included, we found out that the hotel car park was full and we had park and pay about 10 minuet walk away from the hotel and had to carry our bags. When we went down stairs in the morning for breakfast we was told they wasnt doing it, and told us where the local cafe was. When taking a shower, the water flicks from hot to cold, and sprays everywhere except yourself. (floods the floor). We would not reommend this hotel to anyone!By abbiegaleneed, December 20, 2020
